VISION

Roosevelt Park is a thriving community where residents come together to create positive change based on their evolving needs and collective desire for wellness.

MISSION

The RPWC works collectively with the Roosevelt Park community to amplify resident voices, foster a sense of belonging and pride, and spur data-informed dialogue and action to bring about long lasting improvement to health related inequities in the neighborhood.

PURPOSE

The purpose of the Roosevelt Park Wellness Collective is to harness the power of data-driven insights, innovative solutions, and community engagement to address health-related inequities and foster holistic wellness within our vibrant neighborhood.
